This is a great design: The levers on each end open to install over spring bars or fixed lugs. To put the watch on wrist, one end is detached from the watch, band is wrapped around wrist, end is installed on wire or spring bar, lever closed. The band has a bit of stretch for wrist expansion/contraction throughout the day.
