The ends are curved spring-loaded self-adjust to 16mm 17mm 18mm 19mm.
Spring bars are included, remember to tell us what size you need.
The band itself is 15.5mm.
The length at the spring bars is 6" (152mm).
We can shorten it for no extra charge and might have links to add, send a message with length you need before purchase and we'll see if it can be done.
