NOS unused 1960s old-stock Bellavance stainless steel Uniflex slim 1/8" profile expansion watch bracelet with red enamel racing stripe.
The ends are curved 17.2mm, you can file them to 17mm or size them to 5/8" (just under 16mm), see last picture.
