The ends are curved 3/4" (18.8mm), you can file them to 18mm 17.2mm 17mm or just under 16mm.
Spring bars are included, remember to tell us what size you need.
The band itself measures 15.2mm.
The length at the spring bars is 5 1/2" (139mm).
(3) 1/8" removable links.
